"My stay was fine, no complaints. The General Manager Dave was very helpful when they were having technical difficulties with the front desk landline phones. I was trying to reach them about a left item and he had them put it to the side until I returned. "

"Our stay at the crowne plaza was anything but pleasant. Had issues right from check in...the rooms were ok but walls were dirty, water damage in bedroom and mold in bathroom. Our room had 2 beds with one of the beds having a broken bedspring and extremely uncomfortable to even attempt sleeping in."

"Room seemed upgraded, bathroom had safety bars, room was cleaned well. Soundproof windows made the room absolutely quiet even while facing the freeway. The supermarket next door makes it easy to get a food on the go or to bring to the room, if desired; the refrigarator is for real cold rather for show. The hotel is perfect for a short stay - it is affordable, conveniently located, no thrill accomodations for a short business trip or family visit"

"Breakfast was ok. There were lots of carb options but only boiled eggs for protein. Staff was ok, but only one lady seemed to be remotely knowledgeable about the area and actually advised us how to get to Penn Station. Upon arrival/check in the beds were clean and room smelled fresh, however, there were dirty dishes in the sink, no toilet paper on a roll they were sitting underneath the cabinet instead. Not all of the lights worked in the room either. The bathroom vanity light was all we had because the shower light wouldn’t come on. Not all of the lamps worked or had bulbs. And the blinds were torn as well. I did speak with the staff about my concerns and was told they’d put in a ticket but no one ever came to fix or even check on anything. My stay was the 6th - 11th. I did enjoy the shuttle service to/from the airport but my children hated not having a pool available. The pool is open, but only for the British Swim School participants!"
