“Two guys at the front desk were helpful to me. What I didn’t like was the food was overpriced and not good. They were out of items I wanted and this was in the morning. At check-in they wanted my a card to put on file and they said they would charge it. I looked at the account a little later and they charged it $100. At checkout I asked them about it they told me the money will be put back on my card 3-4 days. So you take money in minutes but it takes 3-4 days to replace it. Doesn’t make sense...

“The room was spacious & had a great set up. Kitchen with sink, stovetop, dishwasher, full fridge & freezer. Living room with couch & TV on a rotating stand to watch from living room couch or in bed in the bedroom. Large desk was perfect for work.”

“Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. I requested a refund through Expedia and was told that the Westin management declined the waiver. Very unsatisfied and will never stay here again during the summer months. “Room small, with no chair. No telephone for emergencies and no radio. Vanity in bathroom too small with open sides so things fall through the sides onto the floor. Towels scratchy and sometimes frayed. Room 412 in desperate need of repainting. Staff very courteous and helpful. Generally, I was disappointed in my room and likely will not stay there again.”
