We loved the sumptuous breakfast, gourmet restaurant for dinner, as well as the lounge and pool bars. "This property as 3 pools. The staff are lovely. Yes, it's very quiet at this hotel. You can walk to the ocean where there are several local restaurants with wonderful food. The village at the bottom of the hill is cozy and costal. The food at the hotel wasn't my favorite that's why it's 4 stars. They gave us "complementary" food, but charged us for it in the end - eh - maybe that was the language barrier, who knows. the staff left cookies in our room every evening which was a treat. The views are beautiful. Our room was crowded with furniture, coffee and tea makers which was cumbersome. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and the products were great. They helped us arrange transpo to Taormina, taxis to local places, and we set up a local winery tour on or own. An easy ride to/from the train station."

"This is a nice hotel but a bit far from downtown area. Our bedroom was very nice and had a little terraza just for two overlooking the ionian sea. Superb! Nice staff, we borrowed a current adaptor without problems. The only observation is that bathrooms should be inspected once in a while. The water in our sink would not go down, but we were able to enjoy our stay. Breakfast is not included in this hotel."
