โWe went to visit our daughter in the North Loop area of Minneapolis and we stayed at the Element Hotel. The hotel was great - pretty, clean, great staff. It is right near the Target Field and Target Center if you are going to a game.
The immediate area is a little quiet, but a couple block walk and you hit the busier area of bars and restaurants. Great location, would stay there again. โ
โThe decor is very unique and interesting. The lobby bar and rooftop bar were outstanding, especially since there was a free concert the guests could attend. โ
โI absolutely adored Brittney I believe her name was. she was just amazing with check in after a long drive and was helpful to the max! All safe were amazing and my favorite part was that I could message with any questions and relax in the comforting hotel room with my needs being taken care of. Thank you! Made my relaxing weekend even better! โ
โThis hotel was super close to the event I was attending. Checking in & out was super quick & easy. The room & bathroom were clean . Iโll definitely stay here again . โ
โTerrible experience!! I paid USD 100 by cash as a deposit. When I checked-out, a lady at the front said that somebody must bring my money. Now, I back to the hotel to pick up my luggage but still, she said exactly same thing. Because my time in this country is very limited, I could not wait such a long time without certain schedule, there was nothing I could do but just left the hotel to move next city. I am super curious how they return my money back.......โ
โI tried to check-in but booking was cancelled without prior notice. Due to unprecedented booking extension from previous customer, the Hotel asked me to stay at another hotel located 20 miles away from it. They naver informed me till I arrived at hotel. I had to stay another hotel and missed to meet with import customer. This hotel service was one of the worst hotel from my travel around world.โ
