โStayed for a wedding function, staff exceeded expectations from the initial check in, attentive staff, excellent customer experience. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.โ
โHotel short walk from station run by young couple keen to make a difference. Oozes character, surrounded by historic architecture and fits right in. Cafes, restaurants, pubs close at hand with lots of shopping close to hand. I nipped down a nearby alley each morning to enjoy a great riverside walk to the park and home for breakfast.โ
โReally enjoyed our stay, hosts very helpful and friendly. Next to the train station so this is excellent, but never heard a train whislt in the room. Close to town center.โ
โIt has great views that are better than the photos. Breakfast was fantastic. This guest house has free parking space.

โExcellent stay , room lovely all staff were so friendly and helpful ! Breakfast very nice , no complaints at all it was 30 degrees when we stayed ,room was very warm but a fan was provided without us needing to ask .
There is free parking but wd parked at the ncp which is literally across the road .โ
โHighly recommend to stay at Cromwellโs Tap House. Itโs located in the heart of Shrewsbury, at walking distance of pretty much everything in town. Only 7 minutes from the train station. The rooms were located on the first floor above the pub. We heard no noise whatsoever, and only in the morning we heard some cars go by, but it was of no nuisance to us. โLoved our stay at here, staff were very welcoming and helpful and patient with our young Vizsla dog. Ideal set up for staying with a dog, with rooms located opposite site of the car park to the cosy pub. Food was excellent. Definitely would come and stay here again. โ

โThe property is a hotel/wedding venue. Itโs beautifully decorated. Near to the highway and not far from Strewsbury. Nicely decorated living rooms and outdoor areas to sit in. Nice restaurant. โ
