Very disappointing

Bathtub and jacuzzi were dirty. Unclean dishes in the kitchen cabinets. Cooking dishes had burnt out bottoms. Bathroom closet doors wouldn't close and worn out furniture. Staff unwilling to accomodate your wishes and mostly resolves all complaints with the phrase "we are sorry about that". We wouldn't be back there nor do we recommend this place for someone looking for quality and cleanness.

Not worth price you pay

Overall, not a good experience. I didn't get the room Expedia displayed on their website. It's ok place to stay but I wouldn't recommend to someone looking for a quality time.

Very disappointed

At check in, we asked was this a nice place, we had never stayed in Destin before. She said very nice. When we arrived at our condo room, the condo had a musty smell, there was mildew in the showers, hair in the floors and on commode. The ceilings and walls in various places were coming apart. The bed was a king size bed that had two deep "body" dips in it, very uncomfortable. The pillows were like bricks, all of them. I did manage to find a throw pillow from one of the chairs that was tolerable. The refrigerator took 24 hours to even get cold, so again, we couldn't get our food or beverages cold. We had to use our cooler and ice so our meat and milk wouldn't spoil. About the only good thing I can say is that we were up front, the view was nice and the location on the beach was great. The beach boy was very helpful and accommodating for there were children everywhere, little ones. Couldn't utilize the pool for all the children. Love children, but my husband and I like to have "adult" time. Will not be going back there.

Great Stay!

This condo was very easy to check in and out. No problems at all. The stay was very comfortable and felt like a home. Access to the beach was very easy

great place

rented a 3 bedrooms for the family vacation and it was great, great location to the local outlet mall and food and best of all, free beach umbrella/chairs
