“Great staff and very helpful. Location is very good - only a short 5 min walk to town along a nice promenade”

“Hard to fault the Lakeside location, room, facilities, service and food in this lovely hotel (as you would expect given its status). Our room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was comprehensive and enjoyable on the roof terrace. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the experience and tasting menu. But the best bit was the staff who were unfailingly attentive and friendly.”

“Personale gentile, camera molto pulita.

“Great place to stay!”

“Wonderful lakeside location, away from the main Stresa hotels, but by a ferry terminal. Pleasant well organised breakfast buffet - but no kettle or fridge in the room.”

“Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, freundliches Personal und gute, recht ruhige Lage”

“The bedroom was smaller than I expected and the floor and shelves were dusty. The bathroom looked fairly new and everything worked well but there was very limited space for toiletries. We felt that the offsite parking charge of €18 was rather high. We could not book to eat in their restaurant because they had a tourist bus, which filled it. On the positive side, the English speaking reception staff were most helpful.”
