The facility was untidy, some of the staff were rude need customer care training how to smile and speak politely. My stay at the Treasurer Bay was great. Everything worked and clean rooms. "I booked this place because of the cleanliness reviews I kept seeing. HAIR ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE! Under the sheets, all over the floor, in the shower, imbedded in the towels…. everytime I used a lint roller I found new hair that wasn’t mine. Absolutely disgusting! I also had to kill two bugs within the first few hours of our stay. Completely disappointed. "
