Interior needs a lot of cosmetic repair.......the facility has been neglected...........Baths need serious maintenance. Employees are doing their best with a business that is totally neglected by the franchisee /Wyndam.

The pictures were not at all accurate. No housekeeping during the stay. No towels. They charged my card multiple times. Staff was unhelpful. Dirty.

My worst experience in booking, I had to stand up at the front deck for 2 freaking hours. I got to the hotel at 10pm and give the my booking information in which they disagree with the price I pay online and insisted I should pay what's in their computer. I rebook the hotel online and canceled the first booking, the manager had to keep me standing up front to call Expedia to asked why the property was on promotion for the price I pay, and how Expedia should take down the promotion from on the property. And insisted that Expedia should pay the property before given my room key, at the is point I had stood up there for two hours by the time I got my room key it was 12:am I booked for 2 night, i got my room key at 12am spent few hours by 5:30am I left and never returned to the property for my second night. It seem I wasn't the only person that had the issue, the guy before me booked online and when he got to the property front desk, the starts to charge you a hold different price, and saying what on Expedia isn't correct. You should cancel on Expedia and pay what they asking at the property.

Breakfast is apparently a term up for debate
The whole entire place is in a state of poor upkeep. The door to the lobby sticks, the room had a desk chair that was unable to fit the desk. This left a giant chair in the tiny room limiting space to mere inches. The television remote was nowhere to be found and had to contact maintenance to have one dropped off. The air condition had been replaced with a smaller model that was poorly scabbed together with pieces of scrap wood. Holes in most of the walls and in the bathroom door. Toilet seat was worn away from missing a rubber pad for likely a decade. Reserved a smoking too. And did not receive one. “Breakfast” was served with day old coffee and consisted of 2 cereals, pop tarts and a loaf of ancient bread. The fridge worked well and beds were alright.

Room was clean but smells bad. One staff member came out half dressed. Door lock was bent and barely worked. Internet pictures were deceiving.

The room was not painted. The bed location had been moved and the wall was not fixed. The bed was suppose to be a queen, it was a full. The furniture was limited and the seat upholstery was cracked. The carpets were dirty. We arrived in the evening and the cereal dispenser had not been cleaned up and old cereal was on the counter. The floor of the lobby/eating area had filthy with food scattered around such as chips, and cereal. I do not know what Expedia does in regard to inspecting their properties. This place needs to be inspected without any notification. Staff remained in the back room until you called them. They were not rude and actually helped us with the locked door. However, they seemed disinterested. I am not sure if we just visited them on an off day, but it was probably the worse hotel we have ever used. 2/10

Super outdated property, bathrooms were tiny, pillows were non existent, everything smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was literally a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter, no cups for coffee. Would never ever come back.

I chose to book a room at this place because the reviews I saw were pretty decent. Upon arrival, I discovered the place was a filthy mess. I didn’t even end up staying the night because it was so dirty and there was a random guy lurking in the parking lot outside the window of the room I was assigned. I booked a non-smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes and urine. There was a large amount of flies in my room and when I brought it to the attention of management, they said “all of the room have a lot of flies.” There were makeup stains on the bathroom towels and overall it was just a filthy place in general. The inn initially agreed to refund my money since I didn't feel comfortable staying in a dirty room with a random guy sitting in his car outside my window, but a few days later I was informed that they’d changed their minds. This is an extremely disgusting and shady place to stay, and I really am curious why they feel like having flies in all of the rooms is not an issue.

Blood streak on door!
It’s in the middle of nowhere which is not a problem. My wife and I checked in late at night, and the lobby did not look clean. We go up to the desk and I initiated to the clerk who we were. She kept mumbling that she was tired. She was wearing a tank top, just very unprofessional. 🙁 a man came to help her behind the desk and he had no shirt on at all. The whole time we stood there at the desk, we were initiating giving the information they would need to check us in. The lady and man hardly looked us in the eye. They handed us our key and said nothing. So we stood waiting to see if they needed any more information about us, but finally the woman looked at us and curtly told us that we were free to go to our room. I have never before been treated with such disrespect at a hotel. We get in our room, and the bathroom door had a blood streak on it and was locked. I got the man to open it for me, and the interior looked fine, but we did not trust that the room was clean. We slept on top of the comforter, and had no bites from bedbugs that night. We were quick to leave as soon as we could the next morning.

For a quick in and out, this older motel was fine. The bed was comfy, the air worked, they provided coffee and continental breakfast. The desk clerks were courteous and offered extra towels.

Absolutely disgusting.
This motel is disgusting. The manager lives in the apartment attached to the lobby. When she opened the door to check us in, she had garbage all over her apartment, all over the floor, stacked on the furniture. When we got checked in, our door would not latch shut. It was the only door on the floor that did not have a key card, but had a regular door key. you could tell that the door lock has been switched several times, but it still didn’t work. We pushed our chair in front of the door while we slept. The breakfast area had cereal and milk spilled all over the counter and was not cleaned from when we checked in to when we checked out the following morning. The desk chair in my dad’s room was broken and he ended up tipping backwards without being aware of what was happening.

They had me booked in a different town. When we got our reservation fixed, The motel wasn't the best but I figured you get what you pay for. The staff was not courteous and seemed creepy. Our room had hair all over the bathroom. My daughter seen some cockroaches in the hallway. The TV service didn't work for nothing. Good luck with guest services, they disappeared. I was totally disappointed. Will never stay there.

Place needs some attention and we got the feeling they were understaffed and overworked. Breakfast area messy, no coffee, hardly anything left and we were fairly early. Hallways hot and thus room did not cool off until after midnight and air was off when we arrived. I get saving power but?? Young man was helpful twice-sink was dirty and he got young lady to clean it and then came back to help with challenging TV.

In South Dakota it is not legal to rent our lodging without a smoke alarm. The morning I got up I noticed that my room was without one. I noticed the fire department. Rooms were not very clean. Management needs some help.

The bathroom was never cleaned. The dirt and used soap was still stuck to the bottom of the shower. Non smoking room but stunk like stale smoke.
