My worst experience in booking, I had to stand up at the front deck for 2 freaking hours. I got to the hotel at 10pm and give the my booking information in which they disagree with the price I pay online and insisted I should pay what's in their computer. I rebook the hotel online and canceled the first booking, the manager had to keep me standing up front to call Expedia to asked why the property was on promotion for the price I pay, and how Expedia should take down the promotion from on the property. And insisted that Expedia should pay the property before given my room key, at the is point I had stood up there for two hours by the time I got my room key it was 12:am
I booked for 2 night, i got my room key at 12am spent few hours by 5:30am I left and never returned to the property for my second night.
It seem I wasn't the only person that had the issue, the guy before me booked online and when he got to the property front desk, the starts to charge you a hold different price, and saying what on Expedia isn't correct. You should cancel on Expedia and pay what they asking at the property.
