"Most of the staff were excellent. I only have a complaint about the ones involved in accusing me of harassment of a guest which was a lie, as I did not talk to, touch, or disrespect anyone, and yet was accused of harassment and refused to see any proof or video of the harassment. In addition to being questioned for an ID which was in my room and not on me at the time. Furthermore, multiple security persons and management staff on top of the armed guards initiating the questioning who were clearly being directed by people elsewhere who remain a mystery, came to tell me I was not a guest at the hotel and my name was nowhere in the system. He then took my room keycard to verify it and return with some answers. When he came back, I expected everything to be confirmed as I had said but then he flat out lied to me and said I was not guest at the hotel, my name was nowhere in the system, the key I have is a year old and doesn’t work. I stated that he was lying to me, and that if the key in his hand was the one I gave him and if he did not alter the state of the key that I would bring him up to my room, unlock the door and present my I D. He again said the card didn’t work but agreed to send a security team with me up to the room to unlock the door and if I had my ID then I would be able to go back to the main desk and receive new keys. So we did just that and I presented my ID and got my new keys. I then apologized to any staff I offended even tho I was lied to multiple times."
