Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. Finding blood and foreign hairs on the bed and pillows does not make it a $1000 per night hotel. Christine at the front desk was extremely helpful and service oriented, however hotel policy should include providing the guests who had an issue as we had, a little something: bottle of wine/ free drink at the bar/ spa treatment to make up for the housekeeping error. It’s not like we need it, but it’s the right thing to do. We do understand errors happen, but it’s not the fault of the patron. Suggestion: change hotel policy to be more accommodating when hotel stuff make mistakes.

Beautiful as pictures shown! The ocean view and the Infiniti pool are just stunning. I picked this hotel in Eze while we visited Nice because of the nice view! Didn't disappoint me. We only stayed for one night and since it was in March, the pool is too cold to be used. This hotel will be perfect to stay in the summer. We will definitely come back if we visit France again! The lady at front desk (I didn't know her name) she was so nice and speaks good English!

Beautiful vistas, staff was very pleasant and the food at the hotel was good. Obviously not the four seasons but I would absolutely return and look forward to doing so. The only downside was the shade in the bathrooms does not close for privacy and “if” someone were to walk by they would be able to see you shower or… that said no one is suppose to walk from one patio past another, but there is nothing to stop them from doing so.

Excellent views! Parking available. Room was comfortable and nice. The outdoor pool and bio bar were very enjoyable. The staff were a little slow with service, but helpful. You can walk to town, but it will take about 20-25 mins and it is up and down some hills.

We kept winding up a switchback road and I was confused about where we were going. Once we pulled up to Hotel Les Terrasses D'Eze I was in awe. The view! OMG THE VIEW! Absolutely stunning. The staff was courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and spacious and have I mentioned the view?! When you book make sure to request a room with a water view. The lower rooms have a tree view. This property is also a spa. Do block out a couple of hours for a treatment. I highly recommend Hotel Les Terrasses D'Eze.

Excelente hotel e localização. Piscina de borda infinita maravilhosa. Restaurante muito bom, onde jantamos 2 noites. O vilarejo fica um pouco distante a pé, eles fornecem shuttle. O único incoveniente foi o shuttle de volta em que esperamos 1:05 pelo motorista, isso foi realmente muito chato. Estacionamento incluido

Although my sheets weren’t clean and I had no hot water to shower with and no hot water at the sink, I did enjoy my stay there. Everyone who worked there was very friendly

Had to upgrade room to be able to have a double bed, the room had ants and other bugs crawling around in it. The water for the bath and shower was lukewarm and the sink didn’t drain. Ordered room service which came to 35euros for 2 hot chocolates and orange juice. Hot chocolates were cold chocolates and was about half a teacup in each cup. Spa facilities smelt of sewerage pretty badly. Not sure how the staff could not smell it. The pool was not open

Vue magnifique et terrasses sympa
L'hôtel est globalement très bien et la vue qu'il offre est simplement fantastique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la terrasse très agréable. La perfection serait totale si le service était plus affûté. Un accueil "minimaliste" : "je vous écoute pour le nom !", sans aucune information sur les services proposés. Pas de room service au-delà de 21H00, même si le barman nous a gentiment dépanné avec une assiette de charcuterie. Un oubli dans le remplacement des serviettes, les miettes de la fameuse assiette non nettoyées le lendemain, des détails mais qui ne cadrent pas avec le reste. Un sympathique court de tennis... un peu bosselé. Une carte du restaurant sympa et des plats bien préparés à un prix correct. Bref, très belle expérience globale :-)

Bien accueillis, nous avons été surpris par le design bon marché des meubles de la chambre, Ibis style fait mieux, Ikéa aussi Arrivés au bar le soir, l'employé ne semblait pas maitriser ce que nous lui disions, et nous n'avons pas pu consommer des tapas comme indiqué sur la carte. Forcé de diner au restaurant, (50€, ) entrée, plat, et un dessert sorti d'un congélateur (fondant au chocolat boule de glace vanille, chantilly)l'égayer d'un petit coulis ou d'une feuille de menthe aurait compensé l'aspect surgelé. Le lendemain au petit déjeuner, panique dans la salle, manque de vaisselle, de couverts, machine à café en panne, les employés essayant de se "dépatouiller" en gardant le sourire. il manquait un manager de salle. Enfin, nous avions réservé un soin, dont les conditions ont été confirmé par mail, mais arrivés sur place, la cabine de soin n'était pas disponible, nous avons du patienter 30 minutes avec pour compensation 1 café offert (à 16h30). De à 16h30 pour le soin, il a fallu attendre encore plus de 10minutes pour être installé....on nous avait oublié. Dans la cabine de soin, aucune indication concernant les précautions à prendre quant à l'utilisation de l'appareil (Aquatizer), rien sur les aménagements existant pour : accrocher ses vêtements, sachant que nous n'avons su que sur place que nous pouvions (voir devions) faire le soin en maillot de bain, ou habillé(habitués à ce type de soin, nous avions pris le notre par précaution) Les chaussures sont acceptées en cabine

My family and I had a great time. The rooms and the views were amazing. I emailed the staff on before our visit and they helped me plan an amazing holiday with my family. The spa services were also fantastic.
