Charming Hotel in Turin: A Few Hiccups
During our five-day stay at a captivating hotel in Turin, we encountered both positive and negative aspects. Regrettably, the most concerning issue was the lack of room cleaning on the last two days. This oversight left us disappointed, as we expected consistent housekeeping services for a comfortable stay. On a brighter note, the hotel's interior space was fascinating, thoughtfully arranged with unique decor, creating an inviting ambiance. The refreshing saltwater pool added to the experience, perfect for unwinding after exploring Turin's attractions. Our room was picturesque and beautiful, providing sufficient space for our family of four. The hotel's location, within a 20-minute drive from Turin's center, was convenient for sightseeing. However, there were some hiccups. Upon arrival, a minor check-in misunderstanding caused a delay, and on the second day, a pool party prevented us from enjoying the pool. The comfort of beds and sofas was subpar, impacting our sleep and relaxation. Moreover, the hotel's neighborhood, while not unsafe, had a visually neglected appearance with graffiti tags, which might not appeal to all guests. In conclusion, while the hotel's charm and positive aspects were enjoyable, the lack of room cleaning was disappointing. We recommend this hotel to those seeking a unique stay in Turin but hope the management addresses the housekeeping issue to improve guest experiences.

Dear Guests, We really hope you want to keep a nice memory of your stay at Le Serre, and we certainly thank you for your suggestions, which we will certainly treasure. We would also like to point out, for the benefit of the reader, that our check-in starts at 2 pm, so if you arrive earlier and then have to wait a moment for the room to be handed over, this is quite normal. Just as it is normal that the tidying up of a room consists of tidying up the bed and dusting, but we cannot be the ones to tidy up the guests' personal belongings. As for the comfort of beds and sofas, we are providing a gradual renewal. Best regards, see you soon

La struttura è molto accogliente,pulita e curata. La nostra camera era dotata di una magnifica vasca. A disposizione degli ospiti piscina e lettini. Parcheggio adiacente all'ingresso delle suite. Personale gentile e disoonibile. Check in con what's app estremamente pratico e veloce. È possibile usufruire della colazione in camera, prezzi onesti e cibo buono! Siamo pienamente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno!Lo consigliamo assolutamente!!!

Très bon séjour malgré une pluie battante. L'arrivée avec ses magnifiques jasmins vous embaume de manière subliminale. Petit déjeuner dans la serre malgré la pluie. Excellent.

Country feel close to town
I used the BBQ pit. It is a highlight for me as it is not so common in Italy. The place is close to the city but has a country feel. Very quiet. I was able to have a great rest over the weekend.

Beautiful Italian villa, spacious accommodation with everything we needed, garden filled with honeysuckle and roses. So close to Turin but we really felt like we experienced the Piedmont countryside.

I enjoyed the BBQ. The pool was refreshing. Supermarket a 4 minute drive. No freezer in the fridge so needed to buy ice.

We absolutely loved our stay! This place is a hidden gem, and not far from Torino if you come by car. It was a very comfortable room (heater and A/C) and a tub and great space for our three children to spread out. Really great value for families!

Pur essendo a Moncalieri la struttura è nel verde ha "carattere" di baita, molto piacevole . Buono il parcheggio e gli spazi esterni/interni, tranquilla.

Really nice rooms, in a great setting and a super host (Giuliano) the room was ready and instructions clear (I speak Italian and did so, but I think Giuliano's English is excellent). Giuliano is well traveled and has lots of stories to tell of his adventures, a really nice chap We were allowed to live the way we wanted, the cleaning staff knocked on the door daily to ask if we needed anything and took away the rubbish. The GPS in my car took me to the wrong place, but it was only the next road along. The single track drive is a little narrow, but manageable (we had a 5 series touring) and you get a remote control to open the gates when the reception is not manned. There is a small kitchen and we had two double beds, and a nice bathroom with a good supply of hot water. It was quiet when we went (late October) so we didn't sample the pool or other areas, but they all looked great.

Best stay and best hospitality!
Such a quaint gorgeous spot to rest our heads after a day of driving. The hospitality was top notch and the room was beautiful! Free Breakfast served to your door with a lovely array of fruit, cheeses, meats, yogurt and juices! Highly recommended from these Canadians!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: blisko do supermarketu i wielu restauracji a ponadto szybki dojazd do autostrady. Pokój czysty i w pełni wyposażony (kuchnia z odpowiednim wyposażeniem). Podróżując w 3 osoby dostaliśmy apartament dla 6 osób: 2 sypialnie z oddzielnymi łazienkami i dodatkowa sypialnia, duży living room z TV (55'), kuchnia i pomieszczenie gospodarcze (pralka). W hotelu basen do dyspozycji gości. Obiekt posiada tylko kilka pokoi więc jest bardzo spokojnie i prywatnie. Z basenu korzystaliśmy praktycznie sami. W tym miejscu na prawdę można odpocząć lub mieć bazę do zwiedzania Piemontu. Polecam

Séjour très agréable dans cet établissement. Le lieu est très sympathique, cadre verdoyant et très proche du centre de Turin. Très pratique pour aller visiter les musées et le centre de turin. Le propriétaire du lieu est très sympathique et toujours près à rendre agréable notre passage. Le wifi marchait bien mieux que dans certains hôtels 4*. Le parking est un plus pour les personnes venant en voiture.
