"The room was clean and towels were refreshed daily. Buffet breakfast and dinner in the hotel were good. The Oleander restaurant was also good but in the trees so bug spray is needed. The water in the main pool was colder than the sea, and the spa pool was cool despite, supposedly, being heated. The staff were great and many made a fuss of our 4 year old. There is no local bus or hotel shuttle to the Old Town. This is only a short walk for adults but several times we returned to the hotel by taxi (never charged more than 10 Euros though). All in all, this is an excellent location and a great holiday destination. Airport transfers were excellent, booked through Maistra link."

"Upon check-in, the staff gave us recommendations of places to eat and ways to get around the city. They toured us through the property to show the available amenities and times they were available. They walked us to our room to make sure the room was suitable. The room was excellent and clean. The breakfast was buffet style, but not a regular buffet style hotel breakfast. It provided excellent choices that were handmade each morning. We enjoyed our stay here."

"The property is located in a great location, just in the middle between the beaches and old town. Quiet and convenient area. The location has a very good breakfast selection, and very helpful staff."

"This was our second visit to the Lone Hotel, and once again we were not disappointed. The Hotel is immaculate, and its modern, clean-line design is impressive. We booked a Grand Double Room overlooking the the Cape Forest and pool. It was spacious, well presented, and came with a large balcony that made the stay feel even more special. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, and every member of staff we spoke to was polite and courteous. A special mention goes to Milena ( we hope we spelt her name correctly) who worked both breakfast room and restaurant. She was always smiling, friendly and chatty a fantastic example of excellent customer service. The Lone Hotel should be proud to have her on their team. The facilities throughout the hotel were excellent, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone planning a holiday Rovinj. For transfers from the airport we booked through Maistra Hotels and weren't disappointed."
