“Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room smelled strongly of mold, there were stains on the walls, the water came out looking rusty, and we even found roaches on the bed. The conditions felt completely unsanitary and unacceptable. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying in the room, so I chose to sleep in my car instead. No guest should have to experience this, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the condition of the room.”
