"Very nice room with everything (kitchen, bathroom) and good location. Check-in and check-out using the app was easy and the different services in the building (roof-top restaurant), laundry, and a small self-checkout convenience store make this hotel in Porto Alegre a go to place."

"Poor communication, espresso machine was missing. Had to contact the host, then they brought the espresso machine that didn’t work. Contacted the host again and never got the coffee maker for the rest of the 5 days. Horrible !"
