The hotel was nice and clean staff was awesome, only one thing that was bad the room that we got on the first night the bathroom had a very bad smell but the staff moved us to a different room thanks 😊

This place was AMAZING! Staff was super friendly! We enjoyed it so much that we stayed an extra two days. When we got here they upgraded our room at no charge! Our room stayed immaculate. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and the view was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t take discover card, and the ATM did not work so myself and another guest had to walk about 6mins away to use the ATM. But that’s minor. The food in LaYoya could have been better also, just looked like green vomit with a piece of salmon on top. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Stayed beginning of June for 4 nights. Wonderful resort. I have stayed at 6 other "brand" resorts in the Cancun area in the recent years and this was my first time at Live Aqua. If you are looking for luxury with a calm, relaxing atmosphere - this is the place. The pools and cabanas are wonderful, excellent beach (minus the seaweed, not their fault). So many little surprises we stumbled onto just walking around and exploring the pool area. They had the BEST food I've ever had at a resort! The evening dining experience was top tier. (Ask for Caesar at the restaurants, he was so fabulous with recommendations off the menu and will completely take care of you!) Not a party resort at all; just for peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend this resort to anyone.
