Our room (family room) was in the "new" part of the hotel and was clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The balcony was a nice touch! "Everything about the hotel & the fantastic staff that work there was exceptional. We had 11 days at the Mont Cervin Palace for our honeymoon and the staff could not do enough for us. From the moment we arrived until the day we left everything was perfect. From Pedro in the boot room,staff in the bar & restaurants….it was all perfect. Can’t wait to return. "
