“It was great that they changed booking to ground floor since Im disabled. The parking and location was ideal. However... the beds were so tall I couldnt get on or off without husbands help and I am 5'8"! And the bedspred was so rough, it actually burned my elbow when I moved. “Room hadn’t been vacuumed, tub was clogged and filled up with water when we tried to shower, the TV didn’t work. Will not stay there again.”
