Everything about our stay was great! The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn and would stay there again without hesitation.

Ok hotel for the price. Friendly staff. Couple of tears in the curtains and on the couch in my room. I’m not sure what the deal with maid service is nowadays…. But I stayed 4 nights. They emptied the trash and replaced the towels once during my stay and never made the bed.

The hotel rooms were a bit dated and bathroom was not clean. There were crumbs around the sink faucet, the tub faucet was extremely loose and the tub would not drain (tub still had standing water 2 hours after my shower!). The bed sheets were clean and the mattress was comfortable.

Very nice facility with great water view room. Staff was very helpful and friendly, checked in on us to make sure we happy and satisfied with our room, and even checked in with us the next morning to see if we needed anything. Have to say probably the best hotel I ever stayed at, that had such an amazing staff. Will be back.

Housekeeping services are only offer every other day. Service is not good since COVID. My room was not cleaned the 4 nights I stayed there and I had to go ask for more towels and toilet paper.

The room was nice but the toilets in these rooms are antiquated, no lodging use small toilets all places I stay have comfort height toilets, it will have an impact on where I stay from now on

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Registration, online check in, digital key and online check out worked smoothly. Location was great for our needs.

The staff was very nice. The girls at the front desk were very helpful. The lady and gentlemen that put on breakfast were the best. They kept everything filled and were very personable. The gentleman even sang as he worked. What we didn't like was that the chair in the room had spots all over it. The elevator didn't work properly and the room was not cleaned daily. Employees were great; hotel upkeep and policies...no so much!

Good besides breakfast….
Room was clean but didn’t come in the next day like most hotels. The breakfast was horrible. Eggs was runny scrambled and the sausage was gray and looked gross. We grabbed food elsewhere.

Poor Cleanliness
I chose this hotel due to the fact it was part of the Hilton Group. First when we got into the room it appeared to be cleaned, didn’t smell. As always I checked the bed, then made sure the appliances worked. Then the restroom, when checking the restroom, mid you they gave use a suite with a bench in the tub for the handicap, I checked the bench and there was hair on the bench, looked like pubic hair and on the door and frame looked like dried poop or blood, hand rail was broken, light bulb was missing by the closet. The floor trim around the sink area was coming off and my husband was walking to the closet and he hit his foot on the uplifted trim. After a long flight and then driving to our hotel. All I wanted to do was shower and sleep. I did notify the staff member at the front desk. She did personally come with a rag and some cleaning solution and wiped it down for us. It just made me not want to stay there anymore. I know it is small things but when you pay good money to stay for 9 days somewhere you expect a clean room when you check in. We did end up leaving after 2 days and went to another hotel down the street which we stayed before. I wanted to try a different hotel this trip and boy was I wrong !!! Probably in the future I would try them again(maybe)

Beautiful views of the water. Great eating place nearby (No Name Pizza), very friendly and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast buffet. The only slight issue was the room refrigerator was loud, but it didn't run very often.

Evening front desk lady was not very friendly but strictly business. Morning front desk very nice. Walked into room and lamp shades were crooked (pet peeve of mine as it’s so lazy not to straighten a shade). View was nice but could only see out of one window. Window was white. Toothpaste splatter all on the bathroom wallpaper. Wiped off with one swipe. I know they are trying to get their work done ASAP but it can also be viewed as they just don’t care. We came off season but during the summer their charges are much much higher. People deserve better no matter the cost.

There was a big hole in the wall. I saw 2 bugs in the room . I was not able to sleep because I was worried about bugs crawling in my bags and I did not want to take anything home with me. I don’t have to worry about this at home. This caught me off guard. Everything I had I had to wash as soon as I got home. Also shook everything out outside. Paid almost $300 to watch out for bugs all night. I will never go back to this hotel and they have the nerve to have breakfast. I think the health department needs to visit this place. If you like bugs stay there.
