The staff is EXCELLENT. parking was easy to find once you get used to the driving and the staff was always waiting for us at the remote parking location to give us a ride back to the hotel. My only comment is that there are stairs to get from the street to the lobby, which I was not aware of. Having recently had shoulder surgery, it is a problem carrying luggage up (or down) stairs. โ
