โIt was a shame that I didnโt arrive until the early hours of the morning. I didnโt get to sample the facilities that were available as I had to leave in the morning.
The staff were lovely and the standard of the hotel is excellent.
The price I paid for the room and breakfast was also very reasonableโ

โWe had a lovely 3 night stay, food and service were excellent. Staff were very friendly and could not help enough. Only small negative was the lack of aircon in the room, it was particularly warm and the fan provided just pushed the hot air aroundโ
โThe check in was smooth.. id asked to check in earlier which was accommodated. I had a contact number for any problems or needing help. Earlie check in cost an extra ยฃ10. Very happy with room, nice and clean.staff very polite. Parking just down the road.. shame its not free. Lots of place's to eat in. Generally happy.โ
โStaff care and friendliness. Lovely breakfast. Brilliant facilities and in beautiful surroundings. There were two of us in a double room and We would have liked two towels. There was only one. Apart from that we would highly recommend. โ
โLiked the room being near to restaurant. Bed large and comfy, shower great.
It was a great location for Richard III exhibition and Bosworth Field.โ
โGreat family room, spacious. Lovely outdoor space for children.
Food was excellent, very generous portions. Gluten free catered for very well.
Unfortunately the shower in room 33 constantly dripped.
Other than that great 1 night stay after a long day at Twycross Zoo.
