"The woman at the Valet station (we got so busy chatting we didn’t get her name) was super friendly, efficient, and helpful. The front desk staff was fast and friendly. The only inconvenience was there wasn’t fridge in the room for general use (not noted in the room description) but we had a cooler so it was not a big deal. I definitely recommend the property and would stay there again."

"The admission was a little chaotic as we forgot where to park (had been there a couple of years ago) and didn't get directions from the staff either that we probably should park first then check in then unload our luggage... The rest of the stay was as expected. Had fun in the water park and the food was good too. They didn't come to make the bed though only gave us more clean towels after first night (We booked for two nights). Overall, ok."

"This hotel was clean, staff responds quickly and the breakfast was more than I expected. Very nice lady who works at the cafe area helping with breakfast. The breakfast tasted good as well. Also very close to Camelback Waterpark and outlets. Very convenient location."

"Everything was good. The only thing it was expensive for one night and stayed at the hotel during the weekend. We wanted to swim inside the pool but they were closed after 7 pm. Also, you need to reserve to have dinner before you go downstairs main lobby to eat. Everything else was good."
