“Der Check in war sehr zeitaufwendig, denn das Personal wollte ein Pläuschchen halten und hat alle Dokumente mehrfach gelesen und kopiert. Es gab über weite Strecken kein fliesendes Wasser und der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. ”

“Are the linen had holes in it. The toilet didn't work unless you turned this false alarm each time. Is overall very dirty. And in a area of Mumbai that's not very clean at all filthy.”

“Walking distance to the Gulf, plenty of restaurants, friendly owners”

“Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

“Es gab kein Sangam Guest House,wurde geschlossen,ich warte immer noch auf die Erstattung meiner geleisteten Zahlung.Hatte bereits vor einer Woche um eine Rückbuchung gebeten.Ich würde mich freuen,wenn ich diese in den nächsten Tagen erhalten würde.”

“This place is close to weee I wanted. To be but in an area that the taxi didn’t want to go so I ended up walking at night to hotel, it took hours for the hotel to come up with toilet paper. ”

“Firstly no reservation found. showed on mobile. Pre-payment demanded by cash only. Was given worst probable room. No TV, No AC no proper toilet. After appealing I was given a reasonable room. Breakfast is not automatically free. Had to present booking showing amenisties included.Breakfast is served in the room like room service and staff serving are not made aware it is free. Location is close to red light zone. Not recommended for someone looking for a decent 3 star hotel. Will never ain not...

“Property is good but unmaintained, there is no in house kitchen”

“I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.”
