"25 minute walk from Bandra/Khar sights and the same time to the International terminal (250 rupees). The staff very friendly and accommodating. Giving assistance and help as and when required. The room and hotel could have been a lot cleaner. It really requires a deep clean. Although it doesn't smell. The hotel served its purpose. "My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

"I was very disappointed about this property I have booked with two twin beds and they gave one bed apartment also I booked six months in advance so I should get twin bed apartment My son has to sleep on sofa for 8 nights. "I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."

"I stayed at the hotel for just a few hours (flight delays and early flight departure on the following day) but it was very pleasant and extremely welcoming. The staff knew exactly how to take care of busy travelers with rush needs and excelled in their gestures (coffee and breakfast ready at 5 AM, calling and fixing transportation issues (Uber), extremely fast checkin with huge upgrade (executive suite), and generally very polite/smiley/happy faces). I commend the hotel for their excellent staff. "
