We booked 2 rooms for our parents who were visiting Munich for the week. The hotel rooms and facilities were 5 star quality. We appreciated the designs, the spaciousness and how quiet it was. Unfortunately, we didn’t find that the service matched up to the same high standards. When checking in, they couldn’t find our reservation and once they had, we couldn’t go into the room because all the guests hadn’t arrived yet and were required to sign some paperwork. We also had prepaid for breakfast but when our parents went to eat during their first morning, they were told that it was not included and provided additional confusion. Sometimes it’s the little things that just accumulate, especially when trying to ensure your guests have a pleasant stay.
