Great hotel. It exceeded my expectations. This was a great location for a exploring Munich. The surrounding neighborhood was clean, quiet, and safe. Munich Central Station was less than a 10minutes walk away from high also made it convenient for day trips out of the city.

Basic hotel room. Got everything you need. Bed was good and location great. Tram at front door and train nearby. Easy to get around. Room was clean, althougt there was some wear and tear. Didn't get the drinks mentioned as silver level guest.

Well lit (better than most hotels), clean and comfortably. Provision of crockery seemed a bit random. Our main grumble was with the laundry room - only two washing machines and dryers for the whole hotel. No explanations of the system in English (or for that matter in German) downstairs in the laundry room itself, not even a note by the phone that reception was on extension 9. We couldn't get the App to work and noted that it has been extremely badly reviewed by others. The whole thing seemed to be driven by the desire to be cashless, rather than for the convenience of guests.
