Nice hotel

Very good hotel, good service from staff, very good breakfast, but some small changes, to little free parkering and one night in garage cost 22 €, To many people at breakfast, But otherwise a great hotel and easy to get to town center in Bus.

The hotel was in walking distance to buses. Breakfast was included with our reservation. There was a small bar that one could order snacks or drinks from after the breakfast areas closed at 11:00 am. Didn't realize we needed the keycard to work the elevator until my daughter heard another guest tell her that just as the door closed. Would stay here again on future trips.

Comfortable Stay with Great Breakfast

We stayed in a triple room at the Holiday Inn Munich North, which featured a king-size bed and a sofa bed. The room was modern and clean, following the standard Holiday Inn layout. The bathroom was especially nice, with a spacious shower cubicle, a light-up mirror, a sink, and a standard toilet. Unfortunately, the shower holder in our room was broken, so the shower head kept slipping down. However, the provided shower gel and shampoo were of good quality. Next to the bed, there were both EU plug sockets and USB ports — very convenient for charging devices. The room also came with tea and coffee-making facilities, though bottled water was not provided. Breakfast was included in the room rate and offered a wide variety of options. There were hot items like scrambled eggs, sausages, and baked beans, as well as a continental selection. They even had pancakes! Overall, a comfortable stay

Extremely poor housekeeping

When we arrived there were no towels in the room By the third time asking we finally received towels but no shower mat We were expecting a regular room with a queen size bed but received a handicap room with no countertop in the bathroom to be able to put toiletries on and the water went everywhere so we were engulfed in a flooded bathroom Shower curtain was filthy On the plus side the room was large. The staff at front desk were excellent in the fact that they tried to help us but the housekeeping was terrible, didn't even bother to replace kleenix in the container.

Everything was awesome in this hotel, the only complay was the carpet on the room was very dirty. But all the remain areas was really good. Brakfast was amazing. Front desk was kind and helpful.
