We enjoyed our stay, we did not have the breakfast buffet but heard it is really good. The hotel is close to the train station which is convenient. The hotel is very nice and the staff was friendly.

Great hotel, very good breakfast buffet. Nice dining in basement at German restaurant. Spa and pool are fantastic! Really enjoyed daily ! Bar was good in lobby. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very well maintained, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say is that the A/C is not what we are used to in the US. It's cool, but not cold. Location to subway is very convenient to go to a lot of great spots.

When we arrived and realized the hotel was not near anything, and that the hotel was built in 1972 I tried to cancel the last 2 nights. Not possible. When I tried to get a late check out, also nien. For the record, Expedia approved my request to cancel the last 2 nights of a 3 day stay. When I say the hotel is outdated, I thought the glass tube that was in the bathroom was a time machine, not realizing it was a telephone booth sized shower. Also, this was a Club level, premium King. The rooftop lounge was suitable for a Holiday Inn. The “spa” was dingy, and devoid of amenities. The breakfast buffet was good, the bartender in the lobby was good, and the overworked staff did their best. The real issue is Westin. Why update their facilities when they can charge premium prices for a hotel that should have been updated decades ago.

I had a rough check in process... the first room I was given keys too I went in and it was dirty.. back down to the front desk I went. The 2nd room I went was two twin beds when I had booked a king bed room. The manager on duty came to switch me to now my third room. This was better but the photo hotels.com has of a room is not the same as the 3 rooms I was in. The rooms were dated compared to the photo on hotels.com. During my stay I did enjoy the kindness and service of the staff. MOD gave me club access which I used for two nights for dinner and the service and food was great. My view was great too of the city.

The hotel overall was really nice. The staff was all friendly and helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The concierge parked our car to make it easier for us to get settled. The front desk staff offered us a promotion to spin the when you win a prize and we won the free breakfast option, which was a nice surprise. The pool was nice but I was disappointed that the jacuzzi was not warm.
