The hotel was clean and close to Octoberfest and mass transit. Air conditioning was a plus. Aka, our front desk person throughout our stay, was helpful and friendly. He made us feel like the hotel appreciated us.

You are paying for location! Location to Oktoberfest is excellent, just minutes. Room was comfortable. Do wish the “smart tv” worked better to have some options and a usb port was available for phone charging. Downstairs bar was convenient. Local cafes worked for breakfast. Front desk staff very helpful.

Friendly staff and a great location since it was close to cafes and to the Oktoberfest Festival. However, the room smelled like cigarette smoke was coming in through the A/C vents. The air didn't smell clean and caused coughing, congestion, and discomfort when trying to sleep.

I was amazed by the staff, especially the italian lady from Rome at the counter, which I forgot her name, but she’s very helpful. The room also spacious and very clean, Would definitely stay in this hotel for my next visit.

Love this hotel. Clean room and amazing location. It’s 5 mins walk to main station. It’s walkable to go to old town. It took around 20mins but lots of things to see so didn’t feel that long. Staffs were nice and grocery stores/drug stores are located less than 10 mins walk. I’ll def stay again when I come back to Munich.
