Absolutely beautiful Hotel. The rooms were very clean. I recommend spending the extra money for the breakfast. Will definitely return

This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and modern. The staff went above and beyond and were very accommodating. Our family of five stayed for two nights. We ate at the restaurant the first night and it was excellent; it seems to be very popular with the locals. The only downside I would say is that the hotel is not in a location close to the city centre. However, they do have a free shuttle service which we utilised. This hotel is great value for the price.

Everything was great, but at checkout time, I was accused of drinking the four sodas that were in the refrigerator! Never used anything provided by the hotel in the mini-bar. I don't think that they believed me. I don't like being accused of something I didn't do.

Everything was perfect. Property is beautiful and staffs are kind. I enjoyed fitness and sauna too. The only drawback is checkout time at 11am is a bit too early. Hope it is 12pm.

I have stayed in several different hotels in Amsterdam. This is the best hotel for the average person -- noting I am sure there are some nicer hotels that would cost $400 a night. This hotel is perfectly located between the Museum Quarter, the old section, next to Rembrandt Square, very close to the mile long walking mall, near other great shopping streets. An absolutely perfect place for a stay in the Amsterdam area, just a few minutes walk to the train station (15-20min ride to Ams Centraal). It’s also perfect for Haarlem, about 5min walk to the city center and the main square with St Bavo’s Church. A laundromat is on the parallel street. The hotel was beautiful and the pictures on the site are spot on with what you get. The staff are exceptionally nice and informative about the area.

All the rooms are different which makes them interesting. Comfortables beds, though pillows could be softer. Free bottle of champagne in suite was nice surprise. Loved the tea and pressed coffee set up in room for mornings or chilly afternoons. A steamer in the closet is better than ironing board. Hotel Estherea is a beautiful place, with a fabulous location, great staff, clean, breakfast is great and the cookies,flavored waters and coffee machine are over the top. There are fresh flowers, gorgeous chandeliers and very comfortable sitting areas. It was a real treat and I would go back in a minute.

The hotel needs a restaurant for lunch and dinner!!!! this would really add to the value of the property. PLEASE CONSIDER!!!!!

My husband and I recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel and could not have loved it more. The location is perfect for walking and exploring all different parts of the city. Dam Square, The Red Light District, The Anne Frank house, The Heineken Experience, and The Rijksmuseum area were all within walking distance; some closer than others. The hotel staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Our room had a beautiful canal view. Walking distance to restaurants, museums. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
