"The hotel is slightly dated, but it’s clean and only about 10 min walk from Amsterdam Centraal station. The staff are friendly and approachable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of selections. I had actually recommended one of my friends who will be traveling to Amsterdam in November to stay at this hotel."

"The balcony overlooking the Main Street was a bonus, very good location and access to everything. The room was comfortable and adequate, however the bathroom was / toilet was awkward. The staff was polite and very helpful. The 35 steps to the lobby should be emphasized for seniors and the disabled."

"Very modern clean space, Helpful staff. Wonderful restaurant with excellent service. The room was very tight though for three people with one person having to climb a ladder to get to bed. No sitting space within the room except on your bed. So the lobby became our hang out space , which was comfortable and had many charging ports. In very cold weather we took an uber to the ferry which was an easy five minute crossing."
