The hotel has nothing special. All the services I need are available. However, the manager was very kind and extended check-out from the hotel until 6 o’clock in the evening. This is can not find in any hotel.

Overall, a nice place. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the food served at the hotel I thought was very good. I can’t speak for all rooms but the one I was staying in did have to stains on the carpet, but isn’t rally that big of a deal. The room overlooked the courtyard below with a restaurant and shops and it was quite loud on the weekend until after 11 PM. Only other issue was the hot water in the shower would cool and lose pressure and then pressure would increase and the water temp would heat up almost too hot.

Disappointing

It was ok. The window seals were damaged and therefore it was very noisy especially where you are located on the (busy) street side. The carpet was dirty. Towels were missing, reception did not provide them even after calling them, and the WiFi is limited to only a few devices so if you have a laptop, personal phone, private phone, you will be in trouble. Reception was rude and did not want to open access to more devices, I had to argue for a long time with them to get WiFi on my other devices. For a 4* hotel it is not appropriate to "beg" for WiFi.

Smelly room

One of the worst hotel I stayed in. I was given a room that smells of damp. I asked to change and was given another one which smells the same. I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. You call the reception and they never answer.

The hotel upgraded me from single room to an amazing apartment 3-bed rooms with the same amount I paid. Everything is nice about the hotel, the only thing that I noticed an unpleasant odor in all bathrooms.

One of the items on the menu, Nasi Gorang, it says you can get it with chicken or beef but it didn’t say it contained prawns, thank God I wasn’t allergic, you need to get that changed

Great hotel, really helpful staff

I spent 3 days in Oman, I had booked excursions most days so I didnt want to spend too much on a hotel I wouldnt spend any time in. However I was pleasantly surprised, I expected this to feel like I'd got mixed up in a conference. The hotel was comfortable, staff friendly and the pool area was an added bonus

Better options around for the price

Very difficult to access despite being right alongside an 8-lane highway. Not in an ideal location: staff not particularly helpful, no breakfast, very limited food/drink options. Room was reasonably clean and comfortable, but overall overpriced for what was provided. Better options available locally.

I was only here for 2 nights and it was sufficient for my needs. However it being an Islamic country and being Muslim myself I was expecting to have a prayer Mat available in my room but there wasn’t.

No quite right

The hotel looks okay fron the outside and the lobby is okay as well. The hallway decor is also okay but seemed like it was dirty and needed a deep cleaning. The room was spacious but very drab. It was dark and dingy. There was alot of empty space that made the room quite awkward. The decor and furnishings need to be updated. Overall, it was quiet and cheap. But if you need something a little nicer and also cheap I woild try a familiar chain hotel in the area.

Ottimo e vario buffet

Vengono molti italiani in questo hotel. Sara' forse per la qualita' e varietà del buffet sia a colazione che a cena, di gran lunga al di sopra della media e raro per questa categoria di albergo (non più di un tre stelle superiore). A parte ciò, le altre note positive sono la presenza di un grande parcheggio gratuito sotterraneo (se si ha un'auto a noleggio) e l'adiacenza di un grande supermercato nonché di una discreta presenza di ristoranti locali e orientali (consiglio vivamente l'ottima e economica ma genuina cucina indiana di Beghum's) se si desidera provare qualcos'altro. La posizione dell'hotel, su una parallela della lunghissima e trafficata autostrada cittadina Sultan Qaboos, se da un lato conviene per muoversi attraverso l'enorme estensione di Muscat e dei suoi distretti (paragonabile alle città americane), dall'altro è anche fonte di rumore, cui si può sfuggire solo se ci si fa assegnare le camere "giuste". A proposito di camere, sono pulite e abbastanza spaziose.
