“Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!”

“This is a great place to stay and fully experience Naples. The location is great - in the heart of historical center and well maintained. Communication was very good. Michele contacted us a day before to make arrangements for our arrival. The rooms were clean, homey, and had all the amenities we needed. Overall it was perfect for sightseeing, getting around Naples, and immersing yourself in the local culture.”

“We loved our stay here! Communication was excellent. Our host met us outside the hotel and helped carry in our luggage. He walked us through the room and all of our amenities. He provided water for us daily. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and he was always available to answer questions. Our location was perfect. “This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. “Great location and a wonderful host Antonella was incredibly welcoming and truly made the place feel special. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by a few key points. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and we had one of the worst nights of sleep. The breakfast arrangement at a nearby café was also disappointing, as there was an unpleasant smell lingering from the night before. A small touch like providing water on arrival would have been appreciated, especially as only a minibar was...

“Super séjour ! L’appart est très propre et bien situé. Ma chambre avait un petit balcon avec une super vue sur la Piazza Cavour. Le café à volonté dans l’espace commun est top, et le petit-déj propose plein de spécialités italiennes avec jus frais. Entrée autonome très pratique, proprio super réactif (ils m’ont même aidé à réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport la nuit). Rien à redire, je recommande à 100 % !”

“The one employee I met was quite helpful, but the “smart” tv wouldn’t stream a single thing, I had to fix the tv myself in order for it to play anything on cable, not a single English Channel! They did tidy up the room during turn down service but did not replace the towels and the bed has no duvet just a woollen type blanket and a sheet.
