"Way better than expected. I think the point of the hotel was to have a place to stay before taking a cruise. Despite not cruising, we found the location ideal - right next to the ferry dock for Sorrento; right next to a metro stop; easy walking to town and local sites. We enjoy watching cruise ship park just a few feet from our window. The facility appears brand new - too new for decent signage in the port. The rooms were needlessly large for two people. The included breakfast and Italian coffees were excellent. I’d stay here again."

"Because our flight was delayed we had the host pick us up at the airport (there is a fee for this) which was very helpful. They were very communicative with us through our multiple airline delays. It was comforting to find them at the airport with our name on a sign. The room was clean and modern with good wifi and air conditioning. We had a good breakfast from items chosen from a menu sent to us with choices for the next morning. They even allowed us to store our luggage after our stay as we toured the city before leaving late that evening. We couldn't have been happier with the hosts who treated us like family and were happy to answer any of our questions and help us with any of our needs. Comfortable beds and quiet."

"A very nice room in an old building; it was fun learning my room was from the original building, with the roof being the original wood from 1690. The staff was very kind, useful and responsive. Air conditioning was well appreciated, even if slightly noisy. Well located and easy to walk to the main touristic places. There was a lot of stairs (it’s on the 2nd floor, no elevator, which I knew, and each floor has a lot of stairs). Breakfast is served in the coffee downstairs, not a lot (more like something to drink and a pastry), but it was good and enough for me. Some little understandable downsides include humidity in the room, likely as it’s an old building, even with the AC on. There was also some mold in the shower, but that was the only place I saw some. The bed was very soft, I was worried it would be too soft but I ended up sleeping ok for the two nights."
