โThank you very much as they accommodated our need to be checked in early for a wedding and they were very receptive to that idea. It's a shame the water heater wasn't working and there was no hot water but we feel feel they are trying their best. They were very kind on the phone.โ
โEnjoyed a 2 nite stay here while attending CATF theatre festival in Shepherdstown. Enjoyed the outdoor hottub after biking on C&O Canal towpath, and fantastic country breakfasts. Views to the west over Antietam battlefields are spectacular! Hosts couldnโt have been more welcoming, including the talking parrot! โ
โOur room was nice. I liked the bathroom. The laundry facilities are great and they provide detergent at the desk. Their breakfast area is very nice. The only thing that I didnโt like is where itโs located in regards to making it easy to go back into Hagerstown. โ
โOther nearby Hampton Inn also provides water and amenities, but all refrigerators and others are empty here and the price is not cheap compared to other places.โ
โWe stayed here for pride. During our stay, the staff was very friendly and respectful. We were dressed as clowns for pride, so them being respectful was much appreciated. The room was spacious and very clean. Honestly the best hotel i been to in a while. It was budget friendly with spaceโ
