The lady that checked me in was unprofessional and was holding g a conversation with another employee about life while she was suppose to be checking me in. I didnt know about the 250 dollar deposit that she siad was cash only but after a few minutes she said i could put it on my card. The hallway had a baD odor and the carpet was dirty, my dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and stinking the housekeepers was very loud they spoke to each other by yelling from one end of the hall to the other.

What started out as a great stay ended after we had checked out and down the road about 20 mins when the hotel called my cell phone saying we had stolen 4 pillows!! I said No ma'am the only pillow we took with us is the one that my husband always brings from home and intact he had forgotten to grab it and the lady brought it down to us before he left, they were blowing my phone up about us taking 4 pillows!!! I called them back a few minutes later to have them check the cameras and t the lady at the front desk said oh it wasn't y'all it was room 320 not yours, not sure we will go back after this!!!

Do not stay there.

The bed kept sliding the mastest off of the frame,you hit your legs on the frame and it hurts. Ice machine did not work no ice. Cover was of very poor quality. Had a handicap person chech up in a very long time for him to get everything done.

The tv in the room did not work and staff could not fix it. This is about the only thing we value besides a bed and a bathroom. Very disappointing. Will not stay at a Candlewood again.
