I took my daughter, 4 grandkids ages 11,10,6,4 and my 71 year old dad on vacation. We stayed in Tower 1. Booked two rooms. First room ready at check in at 2:30pm took about 30 minutes to check in. I asked if we could upgrade to a two bedroom as I was willing to pay extra was told no because I booked through Expedia told to come back at 4pm to check into the other room as it was not ready yet. Went back at 4 and that took 45 minutes to check in again. Food at the restaurant was terrible, line to long to get a drink at the tiki bar. Hard to keep up with four kids at the Waterpark with the layout, one elevator was not working in tower 1, granddaughter went to the ER due to an injury at the waterpark. My fatherโs room key did not work half the time and had to call maintenance. Our door to our room never even locked!! Parking was not the best and hard to find a cart for suitcases. I could go on and on about this hotel. Worst hotel Iโve ever stayed in. Only good thing about this hotel is the location.
