“I was completely satisfied with everything. For example, our first night there the balcony door became stuck and wouldn’t closed. I called operator and within minutes had maintenance up there to fix it. Also, I liked having the Bell-Hoppers having hands on with the cart to help you load and unload. This was such a handy feature so you’re not going back and forth to your room multiple times.”

“The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap”
