“We registered a room for 4 people. When we walked in. There was 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. As for staff, the only staff we saw was when we checked in and checked out. There was stuff under the bed from the previous people and on the top shelf in the closet, we actually arrived a couple hours after check in time and the previous person was just getting the rest of their stuff out of our room. “It’s an old motel but it did exceed my expectations. The only issue I had was that there was no body wash in the container on the shower wall labeled body wash. My husband went to the office and was told someone would come in a few minutes but they never showed up. Husband went back to the office and was handed the small plastic tube type of shampoo, conditioner and a few small bars of soap. Good enough, but a little disappointing. ”

“Aircondition isn’t working well”

“We were charged an additional “Resort Fee” upon check in of $76 per room. We questioned it because it was for use of the pool, towels, and beach chairs. However the pool was closed! There were no chairs, not even on the deck outside our room. We asked to speak to the manager about waiving the fee, she was never there nor has she returned the three phone messages I have left with the staff. Very disappointed. I have stayed here before but will not again.”
