โThe wonderful lady at the front desk by the name of Khadijah went above and beyond to help us with our reservation. She was also extremely accommodating with helping us find the right rooms to fit my families needs. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and every staff member serviced us with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a friendly staff. โ
โThe property was excellent. The location was convenient and walkable. The staff was informative, helpful, and efficient. They remained calm and the Director of Sales accommodate our request. The breakfast was outstanding, organized, and saved valued time. The pool area was clean. I give this location 5 stars and will consider home2home suites my destination choice. โ

โIt was my first visit to Charlotte. I was there for a conference. I liked that it was easy to find; it was across the street from the NASCAR Hall of Fame and near the interstate and light rail. While it lacked the traditional atrium architecture of a regular Embassy Suites, I still enjoyed my time there and the spaciousness of the rooms.โ
โI appreciate that the hotel is largely inaccessible to non guest. Friendly staff. Ran into a issue with my train on the way there but the staff was helpful and kind, made sure I place to rest my head. โ
