โBreakfast was very good. The staff were relatively friendly but didn't give me the hotel information until I asked. Towels provided by this hotel were not washed properly and there were boogers on the towel, so I had to take a bath again. The heater was very noisy, and I had a sore throat in the morning due to the dust resulting from the heater.โ
โThe property is very well maintained and the staff is very attentive. Great housekeeping staff and front of house staff. Close to public transportation and activities. Great place to stay! โ
โThis place is amazing!! Everyone makes you feel like youโre at home!! We will be back when we have more appointments! The staff is great as well! The ladies make you feel comfortable at all times. If your water doesnโt get hot flip it on the cold!! โ
โI was upset that everything had a charge to it. Parking, Coffee, Water, checking for using other site, and I was told if I had the room cleaned daily, there is extra charge. I was there because of cancer treatment. This really upset me. I ended up with over $130.00 + Charges. โ
โHad a great stay at this place. Location was great for our trip to NRG stadium. Place was really nice and felt like a home. The bed was not very comfortable but we wete not plsnning to do much sleep.โ
โWe enjoyed our stay. The suit was spacious. We received a welcome text and a follow up text the next day. If we are ever back in the Houston Medical Center area, we will probably stay here again. Only negative thing was the one elevator working. We only stayed two nights. Waiting on the one elevator did not bother us. โ
