"Stayed one night with four people and it was very nice. The room condition was amazing and everything was very well kept and clean. The bathroom was very nice. Check in went somewhat smoothly. They could’ve sent me the check in info a bit earlier as I had to message them to get it, but they replied within the hour with the instructions. All in all, I believe it is worth the money, it’s not anything super extravagant but it’s a nice hotel."

"We have been staying here for the last couple of years and love the first floor unit with the proximity to the parking just outside the door. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine is great for a long stay. Kitchenwares are starting to show wear. "

"Good location in downtown Nagasaki - alley cats fighting at night and making a ton of noise will keep light sleepers awake though. Property was a little snug and bathroom could use better ventilation. "

A few issues. 1) They had to be nudged to send me the check-in instruction. 2) The windows have no views as they are placed right in front of the neighbors’ walls. 3) The AC in the den was not working. "There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking. Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great."

"Nicely presented unit style property Rooms overlooking the river are very relaxing the kitchen is well equipped with appliances however cooking equipment must be hired from the reception presumably that includes plates and silver . Washing machine and laundry are included in the bathroom with shower and bathtub and seperate basin . Toilet is seperate room . Very quiet you can hear the porcelain clock chiming from around the corner. Excellent accommodation 5 minutes from the station and bus stop....

"The flat is more spacious than I expected and we appreciated the washer and balcony equipped for drying clothes. The kitchen area is very small so it was hard to cook. The futons were very comfortable on the mezzanine level and, although the fan helped, it was very hot during the summer to sleep as the a/c does not reach that high. "First location. For me the location is perfect. Small side street that is so quiet, you can't believe you are in a city. Close to temples, shopping and restaurants that are literally one minute away. When you get the code and enter the building it has this quirky charm that makes it so appealing. The room/unit was huge, at least he one that I stayed in. Beautiful wood and tatami matted rooms, full kitchen, separate bathroom and shower. Great futons to sleep on. A true Japanese experience. "The place was nice. The beds were a little terrible though. There's two upstairs rooms, you have to go through the one with the queen bed to get to the one with the two floor futons. 3 out of 5 of the beds were subjectively very uncomfortable. It felt like springs were pushing into your back / side as you slept. All the guests that slept on those beds mentioned it. Other than that though the location is amazing, the place was good. Fairly spacious and fairly nice all around! "
