"The hotel is new and clean. location is good, if walk slowly, it’s about 10mins walk from the station. Onsen is good, its not crowded after 11pm. If the lighting in room’s toilet is brighter, it will be perfect."

"We booked two rooms for a week in July and staying at the Keio Prelia made our visit to Hokkaido all the more special. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful and our views were amazing. The rooms were clean and stylish, as was the rest of the hotel. We especially enjoyed an afternoon tea in the lobby. We would be very excited about staying here again."

"Used this hotel on a recent trip to Sapporo. I booked for the public bath as many other did not have that feature. It was clean and nice to use. This hotel chain has very small rooms. Please take that into consideration when booking. The location is a bit far from Susukino where much of the tourist focused activities are but you can access the subway to get there. If a bath is important to you, I’d go here. If you want more walkable convenience to stores and shops, I would book the hotel in Susukino. "
