"Booked a 3 night stay at this hotel. The only disappointing thing was how firm (like a rock) the beds were - everything else was fantastic. Even the staff were super helpful when our sink got stuck from a mechanical malfunction and they came and replaced it immediately. The good: - great breakfast for 15,000 won, tons of options and never cold - staff were quick to fix any issues we had with the room The bad: - the beds were very very firm. Very hard to sleep on, and they said all of their rooms had the same beds. Room for improvement: - the music in the dining hall was largely one song on loop, felt like they didn’t want people to stay long in there and make them want to leave intentionally"

"The hotel was well-maintained. The room, while compact, was clean. The amenities provided were of a high standard, leading us to rate this establishment as a solid four-star experience. Our primary concern, however, pertained to the parking facilities. The access ramp to all parking levels was notably steep, and the single lane for both ingress and egress presented a significant safety hazard. This aspect of our stay was quite unsettling."

"I had a positive experience with checking in and checking out. The location of the hotel is fairly good; it’s of working distance to the nearby market, and there were a good amount of restaurants and cafes that were of walking distance. Laundry was a bit confusing. I was never really sure if I was supposed to wash my clothes myself, or if it was a laundry service downstairs, but when I took the elevator down to the basement, the lights of the breakfast hall that connects you to the laundry room were all turned off. That was a bit creepy, and confusing."

"Very nice resort. We love that breakfast was included. The staff at check in and out were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The Jeju Stone museum is near by as is the Snoopy Garden. Our only complaint would be the diner buffet, we wish they would rotate the dishes more. It was the same almost every night"
