Je trouve dommage dans un hôtel 4 étoiles de payer 10 euros de plus pour aller dans la salle de sport qui se trouve de l autre côté de la rue! Je ne pense pas retourner dans cet hôtel

Personnel de réception et de Bar formidables mais pour une chambre Premium à plus de 200€ , le Wee-fee ne marchait pas et la chambre n’était toujours pas faite lorsque nous sommes rentrés à l’hôtel à 17 h après l’avoir quitté pour travailler à 9h , ce qui n’est pas admissible pour un hôtel de ce standing

Excellent location and friendly staff bed hard but staff did everything to resolve. Air con kept going very cold couldn’t control it. No hotel guide in room so no idea if room service was available etc or breakfast times Small things but overall a good hotel I’d return.

Good base for your trip to Nantes
A very good place to stay when visiting Nantes. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. Rooms spotless with modern facilities, larger than average French hotel rooms. Breakfast gave a good range of options. I particularly liked the selection of teas, with Japanese style teapots and the kids loved the pastries.

un entretien quelque peu défaillant
Un hôtel à l'effet waaa toujours efficace après plusieurs séjours mais qui vit sur ses acquis. Un gros laisser aller sur le ménage et l'entretien rend cette récente visite décevante. les couloirs d'accès sont très sales, remplis de "moutons" de poussière (et pas des moutons de un jour!). la moquette de la deuxième chambre n'était pas correctement aspirée, (la première avait un lavabo de bouché).

Would not stay here again. The first room they gave me was not even cleaned. Dirty toilet paper on the toilet, dirty, coffee cups, half eaten fruit on the table. I went to the front desk and they gave me a new room and told me that I would get the VIP treatment… That meant nothing to them I guess. New room was somewhat clean, but hairs on top of the pillow on the bed, and when I moved the pillow away, they were hairs under the pillow. That’s just gross. The carpets are old and ratty both inside the rooms as well as the hallways. my first dirty room had a window that opened, but my second room had a window that couldn’t be opened. The hotel restaurant had to Monterey options for dinner. I would read it a six out of 10. Overall the hotel looks like it was made into a hotel haphazardly. Things don’t make sense, including the lobby. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Il est regrettable que la question du parking ne soit pas posée des l’arrivée. Cela éviterait de payer le parking en arrivant et pour la nuit. Il faudrait également mettre à disposition une grande bouteille d’eau dans la chambre car cela manque.
