"We spent one night here in early January. The staff was very friendly and thoroughly walked us through check-in procedures. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The tatamis were comfortable. The unique Japanese style bath was great. One thing to note: the private bath and toilet are downstairs from the room. This wasn't an issue for us, but worth noting."
