"El apartamento era ideal, las calidades de los electrodomésticos son óptimas.
Gennaro y Snizhana fueron muy buenos anfitriones, nos recibieron al llegar y siempre estuvieron a nuestra disposición. Además, nos recomendaron cosas para ver y hacer en Nápoles, así como recomendaciones de cafeterías y restaurantes.
La cama es bastante amplia y el colchón es muy confortable, se descansa genial.

"The host was wonderful and very attentive. Met us at the property to help get us settled and then checked in periodically over our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed (AC, Wifi, TV). Area was conveniently located with about a 5 minute walk to the metro. Great neighborhood to stay in if you’re interested in the night life of Naples. "

"Falha de comunicação. O horário de check-in está anunciado errado e a propriedade deixou um número de telefone incompleto. Tive que recorrer aos vizinhos para localizar alguém para abrir e a pessoa nem me pediu desculpas, mesmo chegando meia hora depois do horário que ela disse ser o certo. Isso atrapalha muito a experiência, mas o quarto em si era bom e a localização conveniente (apesar da entrada do prédio ser um tanto assustadora). Há opções mais simpáticas nos arredores "

"Hotel was perfect! Staff were so helpful. Shuttle into town hourly worked out great. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Great breakfast daily looking out toward Mount Vesuvius was amazing. Front desk arranged for a driver to get us to the Naples airport which I highly recommend. "
