Satisfying overall
Staff were busy on the phone, while we were waiting for check-in and another time also when we were waiting to ask something. There's an excellent pizza restaurant right in front of the hotel so we got take-aways. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was spacious and beautiful. Room was spacious too.

호텔은 청결 깔끔 교통은 별로 주변에 좋은 관광지 호텔도 깨끗 그런데 일반 차량은 호텔까지 들어올수도 없고 택시는 가능하나 워낙 길이 좁아서 ㅠㅠ

Ein schöner alter Palazzo mitten in der quirligen und chaotischen Aldstadt von Neapel. Trotz der Umgebung insgesamt ruhig. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Deluxezimmer mit auch sehr geräumigem Badezimmer. Das Angebot beim Frühstück war begrenzt aber qualitativ hochwertig. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel für eine Städtereise nach Neapel.

Muy limpio y súper bien ubicado. El desayuno está adecuado y el cuarto aunque un poco viejo está muy limpio. Recomendado.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel was a comfort from the business of the surrounding busy area. Breakfast was a perk. Located very conveniently to the Spaccanapoli.

the telephone at the room wasn't working, the selection of the and coffee is terrible , no milk. the servibar is almost empty, breakfast is average,no room service, etc I payed 300€ the night so I expected much more

Enjoyed my stay at Albergo Palazzo Decumani! Staff were very friendly and responsive. The room was very clean and spacious. Convenient location tons of shops and restaurants around.

Hotel is beautiful, our room had all the comforts we hoped for including high quaity black out curtains. Staff are friendly and attentive - helped us navigate the city. Breakfast offered a deliscious selection of fresh and hot food, patries, fruit and coffee. we felt safe and were safe walking about in the evenings. Its 2 minutes away from historic city centre making it really convient to explore this must see area. Its not a quiet area but with our windows closed and ac on, we were not disturbed. There is a bank machine right across the street and we used that without any challenges. Taxi access to the hotel was also a big plus.

Superb staff that made the trip so personal with a friendly penchant to make your experience intimate - one of the best hotel experience I’ve ever head. Great rooms, superb showers that almost match the stunning view of the coast from your private balcony. It was a slice of heaven in the Amalfi coast

An attractive old building modernised inside into a comfortable and clean hotel. A few metres off the spaccanapoli busy street with shops bars and restaurants.

If your looking for a hotel that’s near the historic centre this hotel is perfect it’s very close to the heart of all the narrow streets shops and restaurants galore and our room and bed was lovely and clean and bed very comfortable…also the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was nice and very clean but the front of the property was a hangout for homeless people and there are garbage containers right across the property. Location is good it is right next to the historic center and the Napoli Central Station is 15 minute walk.
