Disappointing

Room had some awkward smell (sheets/towels smelled very vinegary), shower didn't fully drain, the check-in process was very awkward (I had to go to the next door restaurant to get the key; the person was very unhappy to be helping me), the bed was sagging in the middle. Overall not a great stay for the price and I would encourage you to look elsewhere when visiting Naples.

About 2min walk to metro stop in a busy and safe area. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfasts were the standard coffee and pastries. Air conditioner in room was a godsend. Mattress was horrible.

Lo consiglio sicuramente

Soggiorno di tre giorni a Napoli. Era la prima volta che andavo e Irene è stata molto gentile e mi ha dato un sacco di indicazioni preziose. Si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal lungo mare, vicinissima alla stazione Mergellina. Il centro (piazza Plebiscito) si raggiunge a piedi in circa 40 minuti, altrimenti si può prendere la metro da Mergellina fino a Cavour, che è vicino al Museo Archeologico. La zona sul mare è molto carina, con tanti localini, però certo non è in centro. Per il resto è tutto perfetto. Camera grande, pulitissima, ottimo segnale WIFI, aria condizionata, c'è persino il phon in camera. La colazione è servita all'ultimo piano in un delizioso terrazzino che da su un giardino bellissimo.

Friendly B&B

Nice place and very warm welcome. They made a special effort to let me check in late with a last minute booking after a problem with my original booking at another nearby hotel. Generous breakfasts! Some traffic noise, but that is hard to avoid in Napoli.

Nice hotel near the sea and close to a Metro stat

An very good experience, since people working there are very fine, and its location is excellent. Perhaps our only concern is about breakfast, because there are no fruits.

Grazioso B&B vicino al Lungomare di Napoli

Io con mia moglie ed una coppia di amici abbiamo trascorso 4 splendidi giorni a Napoli. Per noi è stata la prima volta in un B&B (eravamo stati sempre in albergo) e l'esperienza è stata molto positiva: possiamo dire di non aver avuto nessun problema e di esserci trovati benissimo.

Loved my stay here

I can only recommend this place. I had a room on yhe third floor which was light and nice (changed it from one on groundfloor which seemed bigger but was too dark for me). Outside the house looks a bit worn out - typical south - but insude everything is nice and new!

Come essere in famiglia....

Le recensioni positive mi hanno portato a scegliere questo b&b che si trova in centro a Napoli, comodo a tutto, pulito con ogni confort e soprattutto gestito da Franco e Marinella che sono speciali e sembra di essere in famiglia. E' la prima volta che andiamo a Napoli e l'abbiamo trovata molto bella.

Ottimo appartamento comodo e tranquillo

Il soggiorno è stato uno dei migliori, considerando anche l'ospitalità all'arrivo con caffé e succo rinfrescante. La colazione è molto ricca: cornetti, caffé/cappucino, marmellate e biscotti, insomma quanto basta per tornarci di nuovo. La reception è stata molto cordiale e gentile a dirci dove andare e cosa vedere, fornendoci essenziali informazioni per visitare Napoli e le isole. La posizione del B&B è eccezionale, essendo vicino sia al molo (meno di 5 minuti a piedi), dal quale raggiungere alcune delle fantastiche isole, e allo stesso tempo, alla stazione ferroviara/metro (2 minuti a piedi), con la quale raggiungere facilmente e velocemente la stazione principale di Napoli (Porta Garibaldi) e Spaccanapoli, i.e il centro città. Nelle vicinanze, oltre alla suddetta stazione, vi sono supermercati, pizzerie, una farmacia e il mare. Siamo stati soddisfatti anche per la gentilezza alla reception.

ホテル入口はわかりにくいです。事前に写真でチェックしておくことをおすすめします。 こじんまりしたホテルですが、店員さんも親切で朝ごはんや観光スポットも丁寧に教えてくれます。 ただ、２４時間在中ではないので、早朝（８時より前）にチェックアウトしたい場合は、事前に料金などを払っておくことをおすすめします。 中央駅までも電車で２０分ですし、スーパーも近くにあり、便利です。

Hotel was close walking distance to US Embassy.

We arrived at almost midnight and the owner was waiting for us, not only him but the restursant next door opened up just to serve us hot food. This was the most thoughtful and accomadating gesture ever given to us as a guests. We enjoyed our one night stay. Would very much recommend this B&B to all!
