Hotel is in a convenient location to shopping and dining with transportation near by. The beauty of Napoli is it’s a vibrant city with that in mind our hotel room was not quiet so that’s to be considered if you want a quiet room. Bathroom was old and in poor repair with broken parts, no toilet seat. No hot water and when we asked for some bottled water the staff said yes but never stocked our room.

On the website it stated 24 hour concierge and English speaking. Both not true. Shuttle on website- was contacted and then requested shuttle and never contacted back.

Great place to stay
I really enjoyed the location and the friendly staff. It was small which I loved. The beds were very very hard- and that may be an American thing. But the air conditioning was awesome!

Hatten uns von der Unterkunft mehr erwartet. Keine Badewanne, obwohl ausdrücklich gewünscht. Wir konnten mit der Reinigungskraft reden, sie war sehr sympathisch. Den Rezeptionist haben wir einmal kurz gesehen und sonst nicht. Total laute Umgebung, Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Würde es nicht empfehlen.

The overall stay at this hotel was just okay. The ac in the room barely worked and the room never got cold. The shower had mold in it. One of the wooden panel's on the window was broken and there was a huge piece of wood on the floor. When I asked the receptionist for any dinner recommendations she shrugged and said maybe pizza. In addition, 2 members of our group left early in the morning while I stayed back with a friend. The cleaning person didn’t knock and just tried to walk in on us (it was still very early in the morning-8am)! Also- the Wi-Fi did not reach our room (which was basically right next to the from desk). Location was fine and they were able to schedule taxi pick up for us.

We rented the family room. It was just a place to sleep that had accommodations for five. Nothing more than that. The staff was friendly. It included breakfast and the location was adequate

Great location in the city centre so great to explore Naples city centre. Naples city centre may have a bad reputation, but I believe it is OK now, and we enjoyed walking around as a family. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is small and we had the bedroom right next to the reception desk which is not ideal for privacy as I am sure the receptionist and guests can hear what's going on in the room from the reception... The breakfast was OK but not the best I have seen in hotel considering the price of the room, but I believe the area is quite expensive so...

Come a la casa
L'accueil sympathique nous a déjà fait apprécier le charme de Naples. Chambres modernes, propres et confortables dans un immeuble classique bien situé. Deux plus à relever: des amis qui n'y logeaient pas ont pu laisser leurs bagages et le petit-déjeuner avec croissants a été avancé pour être à l'heure à l'aéroport. Bon rapport qualité-prix. A conseiller sans hésitation.

Vi kontaktede stedet før ankomst og fik at vide at receptionen havde åbnet hele døgnet, men da vi ankom, var døren til bygningen låst. Vi kontaktede dem og en mødte hurtigt op og fik os ind. Værelset var ikke klar, selvom vi ankom timer efter check-in startede og vi stod på værelset, imens sengene blev redt op. Dobbeltsengen var behagelig, men puderne var meget hårde. Enkeltsenge mindede mest om en weekendseng og den larmede meget om natten. Værelset var dog pænt rent og aircondition virkede som den skulle. Det samme med wifi. Personalet var varme og smilende. Da vi skulle afsted om morgenen, var der intet personale i receptionen og vi fik besked vi skulle ligge nøglen i receptionen. Der var dog 2 døre som skulle låses op på vejen ned og vi ville blive låst inde, hvis vi ikke havde været 3 personer afsted, for flere døre skulle holdes åben for vi kunne gå op igen og aflevere nøglen.

Não há interfone na entrada, então foi difícil pra entrar no hotel. Tivemos que chamar um escritório em outro andar para abrir a porta. A localização é muito boa, é indicado se você vai ficar pouco tempo no hotel, só pra deixar as malas e sair.

ナポリ中央駅からスーツケース引いても行ける距離です。 メインストリートに面していますので、初ナポリの方は車の往来が多いので雑踏感大きいでしょう。ホテル写真は全くあてになりません(笑)普通のホテルです。夜は管理人が居ませんので外ドアから部屋まで4つの鍵で入ります。住んでる感はありますね。但しフロント常在ではないので緊急時は電話が必要になります。

Great Hotel
This was such a great hotel! The room was huge! The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. We had no problems at all during our stay. The staff were friendly and the hotel was welcoming! Highly recommended!

Pleasant stay at Gold Hotel
We stayed for one night before travelling to south to Sorrento. The hotel was clean and tidy, situated by one of the main streets so navigation around the city was easy and the receptionist was friendly.

Absolut värsta hotellupplevelsen någonsin.
När jag kommer till hotellet så är dörren låst och ingen öppnar när jag ringer på porttelefonen. Ringer ett nummer som stod listat på hotellet och får tag på ägaren som får dit någon för att öppna porten. Väl inne på hotellet blir jag stoppad från att komma in i receptionen utan förklaring, en person som uppenbarligen inte jobbar där men känner ägaren säger bara "There is something wrong in your room". Han lyckas förklara att de har flyttat mig till ett annat hotel som ligger "bara" 15 minuters promenad bort. (15 minuter med en stor resväska i Napoli är ingen trevlig promenad). Han leder mig iallafall till det nya hotellet som ligger i ett riktigt slitet område, gatorna är täckta av sopor och suspekta människor. I receptionen på det nya hotellet får jag fortfarande ingen förklaring till varför jag måste bo där men det är för sent för mig att hitta ett nytt hotel då jag ska upp klockan 4 på morgonen för en flight. Rummet som är det absolut minsta jag sett (uppskattningsvis 7-8kvm) har en stenhård säng på ca 60 cm, allting är smutsigt, och i princip all fri yta upptas av min väska. Obs att jag bokat ett större rum med dubbelsäng, minibar, balkong osv för att få en fin sista natt i Italien. AC:n fungerar inte så värmen är ca 30 grader i rummet som helt verkar sakna ventilation, något som inte saknas är däremot dam, allting är täckt av dam, på golvet rör det sig om ett riktigt tjockt lager märker jag då jag råkar tappa mitt pass.

Hotel pulito e camera bella e Pulita
Giuseppe : tutto perfetto, staff gentilissimo, accoglienza perfetta, posto veramente perfetto, in dieci minuti a piedi puoi raggiungere il centro storico, il porto e piazza Plebiscito. Un saluto particolare alla signora che per tre mattine ci ha preparato la colazione, la pastiera preparata da lei buonissima, che dire altro, Grazie per avermi fatto sentire a casa mia.

Decent room but awful smell
Decent room but smelled like a drainage issue. This is located in a busy part of Naples and I strongly recommend you google map the street prior to booking your stay.

Nice hotel, good location
Enjoyed our stay here, good location - easy to walk to most places but close to the Metro too. Nice room, big comfy bed. Bathroom gave you as much space as you need - good sized shower. Staff were friendly. We asked about a taxi to the airport and they said they'd book one - this turned out to be their own transport, and slightly more than an actual taxi. If you want a regular taxi though, you can walk to one of the main squares (or train station, about 10 mins walk), there are taxi ranks there. We had an early flight so really didn't mind paying a bit extra to know transport was definitely waiting for us right outside the hotel! Would stay here again.

Great place . . . .scary city
Naples is an extremely busy city with people hurrying all over the place and a traffic nightmare. Not a safe place for tourists to be walking about. Cab drivers can not be trusted to leave you where you want to go. They only want the money and will charge whatever they want and drop you off in the wrong location because they just don't care. They take advantage of the tourists. This place was very hard to find because the house numbers are very difficult to locate and they do not align on both sides of the street. A 200 number might line up with an 500 number across the street. The place itself is very nice and comfortable providing a safe haven in a scary city!

Good hotel if you have to stay in Naples
Naples itself is a dangerous city with not much going on, but if you have to go there Napoli Gold Hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, big and very modern with a good breakfast and fast wifi. The only downside is that there is not a 24 hour desk service, but they make sure they are there when you arrive (they will ask ahead of time what time you will be getting there). It is on a main street and very close to good restaurants (pizza!) and the train station. Great hotel for the price.

O lugar é considerado tipo a 25 de Março de SP então é muito movimentada de dia e a noite um breu total. O Hotel fica dentro de um malzoleu a entrada da rua é assustadora, porém quando chega no 1º andar onde fica os quartos vê que é bonitinho mas zero de infraestrutura. Os quartos são ajeitados, mas você vê que qualidade de serviço é péssimo o cara que é o dono vai embora as 19h da noite e volta às 8:00 da manhã Eu como fui com um bebê de 2 anos precisava esquentar o leite do meu filho, não tem frigobar no hotel não tem micro-ondas não tem nada, imagina no quarto?!?!? Se você está de passagem e vai dormir Ótimo!!! Agora pra ficar 3, 4 dias esquece.

hôtel très confortable et bien tenu. propreté impeccable. Le personnel souriant est très accueillant et serviable. Un seul bémol : le boulevard sur lequel est situé l'hôtel est très passant, donc bruyant à toute heure du jour et de la nuit.

Position en centre ville.
Naples est une très jolie ville, il faut compter à minima 2 ou 3 jours pour réaliser une bonne visite des différents lieux et quartiers et vivre l'animation de la Via Toledo en fin de journée...

Helpful staff. Kindly called me the day before check in and waited for me at the door while I was late (have you heard about bumper to bumper driving in Napoli?) Parked my car as well( for 26). Good breakfast experience! If I could have found a free street parking, I'd have given a five star rating!

駅から１５分港まで20分くらいの好立地です。大通りに面しているので治安の不安はないかと思います。部屋はリフォームされていてとても綺麗です。シャワー、WIFIも問題なし。 フロントは24時間いません。チェックインも電話かかってきて時間を伝えました。またチェックアウト後荷物預かってくれますが電話して取りにいくので、いろいろ面倒です。

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia 2+2 stanza molto confortevole, arredi nuovissimi. Letti molto comodi e corredo impeccabile. Personale educato, disponibile e sempre reperibile. Ottimo il servizio parcheggio. La prossima volta che andremo a Napoli, sapremo dove appoggiarci. Struttura in pieno centro !!!
